Bob’s background is as a controller for a number of small to large companies over the past 25 years, in both the service and manufacturing sectors.  He has been involved with various mergers and acquisitions throughout his career, which included his oversight of Orion Power Midwest’s $1.7 billion acquisition of Duquesne Lights power Plants in April 2000. Bob is the Executive Director of United Dental Brokers of America, Inc. where he specializes in Business Valuations and Business Brokering of Dental Practices and Dental Labs. He earned an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business from the University of Pittsburgh.  Bob is also an accredited business appraiser (AIBA) by the Institute of Business Appraisers.
